1. We allow product returns up to 30 days from your date of purchase.
2. Use the "contact us" page to request a return authorization.
3. Claims for damage in transit must be made within 72 hours of receipt.
4. Defective merchandise must be returned, do not discard a defective product as no credit will be given.
5. Merchandise must be returned in original manufacturer's packaging.
6. A copy of your receipt must be included with your return.
7. Please indicate on your receipt if you prefer an exchange or refund.
