Now In: Return Policy
We have a generous no-questions asked return policy and your satisfaction is 100% guranteed! To make a return for exhange or refund please adhere to the following steps.
1. Return your product in it's original packaging. Loose items outside of their packaging will not be accepted for return. All items you are seeking credit for must be included. "I used some but threw those away" is not sufficient.
2. Circle or highlight the items on your invoice that you are returning.
3. Indicate if you would like those items refunded, a store credit issued, or exchanged.
4. Include the invoice with your return, or a legible copy. Returns without an invoice will be refused.
5. Your return must be received by us no later than 14 days after it's ship date (the day we shipped it to you), so please inspect your items carefully upon receipt.
6. Claims for damage or lost/missing items must be made within 24 hours of receipt by you. Please call 1-513-286-1220 and have your package nearby with the tracking and weight.
7. We will pay for return shipping to you in the case of an exchange only. Shipping to us is the Customers responsibility.
8. We recommend you send your package to us via priority mail or UPS so the delivery date can be confirmed, there is no exception to our 14-day return period.
9. Used items will only be allowed for exchange/refund if they are discovered to be unsuitable and you use less than 10% of the item ordered. Example, you buy 50 glow necklaces and discover after activating 2 or 3 of them that they may have been damaged in transit. STOP! Do not use all 50 and expect us to refund them.
